Beneficial Ownership Registration
BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP REGISTRATION
The CIPC has to keep a register of Beneficial Ownership (BO) of persons
and entities that has ownership in a company or close corporation.
Every director or close corporation member with 5% or more beneficial
ownership status MUST be registered at the CIPC to file your Beneficial Ownership registration.
