COMPENSATION FUND REGITRATIONS
Return of Earnings (ROE) should be done annually and paid for the year in advance.
For all workers to be covered. it is against the Law to fail to submit your ROE's.
If so penalties will be charged.
This Fund is also known as COIDA or WCA.
It is legally required for all companies to be registered at the compensation fund.
COIDA/WCA ensures that your workers are covered in the event of injuries or death
on duty.
This insurance plan can save you as the employer many legal actions against you and your business.
Even if you only employ 1 worker,
Your company should be registered.
Once egistered you will receive your letter of good standing.
This letter will make you much more elligable to get contracts.
